If you’ve sent an email or left a voicemail, please allow 24 hours for a response. – Subsequent to email communication, if additional assistance is required, you will be asked to schedule a phone consultation.
If you’ve scheduled a call, please be prepared to discuss your travel preferences, previous travel experience, what you are looking for, and who will be joining (names and dates of birth will be necessary, especially if you will be traveling with children).
Once an appointment is scheduled you will receive an email confirmation and you will be contact you on the day and time that you’ve selected. – If there is a need to cancel or reschedule, please do so as soon as possible, using the links provided in your confirmation email.
During your consultation, we will become familiar with one another while discussing your travel needs and expectations to determine whether Take Flight Travel Co. is the best fit for you.
If so, we’ll be excited to move forward in a working relationship with you to design your custom travel experience.
If not, we will recommend/refer a partner agency that we feel will best match your needs. Should you decide, you may book on your own and all us to service your reservation at no additional cost.
Because we dedicate a substantial amount of time and effort into building the perfect experience for our clients. A non-refundable research fee of $150 is required in order to initiate the development of your travel experience.
This fee includes a maximum of three options in response to your initial destination request. (Additional options will require an additional research fee.)
Research fees and proposals are valid for a period of 30 days. If a deposit is not received within this time period, an additional fee will be required in order to move forward with your booking.
We ask that this fee be submitted only after you have spoken with us and are confident that Take Flight Travel Co., will be able to meet your needs and you have decided to move forward with the planning process.
A $30 Repricing Fee is required for inquiries regarding our featured destinations found on our home page. This fee covers modifications to make this trip fit your schedule.
FOR GROUPS REQUIRING MORE THAN 3 ROOMS OR CABINS AND/OR LOOKING TO BLOCK GROUP SPACE:
A non-refundable research fee of $275 will be required.
LATE PAYMENT: If your travel itinerary is not paid in full by the Final Payment Date, a late fee of $75.00 for domestic itineraries and $150.00 for International itineraries will be assessed.
This fee will be automatically assessed two day after your final payment date.
For those who are on a payment plan, this is a courtesy extended to you to allow you to pay your vacation over time. Therefore, you are agreeing to make your payments monthly and on a timely basis. If you miss a scheduled payment, you will be assessed a late fee of $75.00 for domestic itineraries and $150.00 for International itineraries per missed payment.
This fee will be automatically assessed two days after payment date.
In the event of two late payments your contract will be terminated without refund. These fees are non-refundable and non-negotiable.
REINSTATEMENT OF
RESERVATIONS
If your travel reservation has been cancelled, and you notify us within 14 calendar days of cancellation that you want to reinstate your reservation, a service reinstatement fee of $100.00 will be added to your invoice and must be paid in advance in order to apply for reconfirmation of services. In the case where a reservation is canceled and reinstated, it is not guaranteed that the passenger will receive the same exact itinerary for the same price. This will be considered a new reservation and subject to the pricing and terms and conditions at the time the reservation is reinstated. Passenger understands that the passenger will be responsible for any increase in travel costs upon reinstatement of the reservation. RESERVATION CHANGES: Changes to an existing reservation, whatever the cause, will incur a $25.00 per person charge plus any additional supplier fees. This includes name changes* and removal of any services such as optional tours and transfers.
Our design process is interactive!! Once you have decided on the initial plan and locked in your getaway with a deposit, Take Flight Travel Co., will work with you to ensure that your vacation is everything that you want it to be and MORE!! We will provide destination information, suggestions and recommendations, assist with scheduling excursions and tours, and will be available to you from the time of booking until you return!!
Your full name, as listed on the identification method that you intend to use for travel, is required at the time of booking. – Upon the receipt of your booking confirmation, it is the client’s responsibility to verify the details of the booking for accuracy. Any additional fees incurred due to the need for name revisions will be the responsibility of the client.
Take Flight Travel Co., will not be held responsible for the denial of services by a carrier due to any name discrepancy.
PAYMENTS: All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Take Flight Travel Co., only accepts payments in United States Dollars. Payments can be made via major debit and credit cards. Accepted cards are: Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express. Credit or debit card should be in the name of the lead passenger. Alternate forms of payment may be accepted only with the expressed permission of Take Flight Travel Co.
PAYMENT PLANS: We are pleased to offer, for your convenience, a monthly payment plan for your travel plans. No payment plan is available for reservations made sixty (60) days or less from the date of travel.
FINAL PAYMENT: Reserved travel plans must be paid in full on or before the final payment date. Your travel proposal/itinerary will state the date your final payment is due. Any reservations not paid in full on or before your final payment date is subject to cancellation, with no notice and no refund of payments made.

We will feature pre-researched destinations available for booking. These destinations can be found on our Home page.
While pricing is accurate at the time that it is originally researched, an updated and more accurate quote will be necessary based on your specific travel dates and your departure city (quoted pricing is typically based on flights originating from the New York City area)
For repricing, simply select the PDF of your destination of choice and click the link inside to request repricing of the hotel/resort that best suits your needs. We will provide an updated quote via email within 48 hours.
A $25 Repricing Fee is required for inquiries regarding pre-researched destinations.
Customization of pre-constructed itineraries is available, however may warrant service fees depending upon the complexity of your customization of your request.
